➡ Shab-e-Barat [15 Shaban] Ko Ibadat karna kaisa hai?

👉 Shab e Barat ki Raat ko ibadat krne ka sahi suboot na to khud Rasool ﷺ se milta hai or na hi Sahaba(ra) se or na hi es din me koi pakwan pakane ka suboot milta hai.

Kisi aise din ya Ebadat ko makhsoos khud se kar lena jisko Nabi ﷺ ne Na kiya ho ya Sahaba salaf-e saleheen ne na kiya ho to wo "Bidat" hai.

👉Kuch log kehte hain shab e Barat me ham Allah hi ki Ibadat karte hain, Namaz padhte hain, Quraan Pak ki tilawat karte hain to kya ye bhi glat hai????

Ans :-Allaah ke pass kisi bhi Amal ke qubool hone ki 3 Shart (condition) hai.

👉1):- shariyet me is Amal Ko karne ka Hukum ho....

👉2):- wo Amal khalis Niyat yani sirf Allaah ke liye kiya gya ho

👉3):- wo Amal Rasool ﷺ ke btaye hue triqe par ho
(Us Amal ka karna Rasoolullah ﷺ ya Salafe Saleheen se sabit ho)

▶ 1 sawal or paida hota hai ki jis ibadat ko Sahaba (Ra) ne nhi kiya to ham kyu kre kya ham unse (sahaba) zayada acha deen ko jante or samjhte hain.

👉 Agar is raat ki etni Ahmiyat hoti to Allah ke Rasool zaroor is raat ko mnane ka Hukum dete.
👉 Koi bhi Amal agar sunnat ke mutabiq na ho to wo Allaah ke yaha qabil e qubool nahi chahe wo kitne Achee se na kiya jaye.

▶ Agar ham 4 Rika'at Farz Namaz ki Jagah 5 Rika'at padhte hai, Namaz me 2 sajde ki jagah 3 Sajde karte hain ye sooch kar ke zyada karne se zyada sawab hoga to kya hmari Namaz ho jayegi?
Bilkul Nahi kyu ki ye shariyet ke treeqe par nahi hai thik isitrah har Amal se pahle hamara ye farz hai ke hum ilm hasil kare ke hamara ye Amal Quraan aur Hadith ke Mutabiq hai ya nahi es baat ko jane.

👉 Es rat ko ibadat krna islam me 1 nyi cheez ijad krna hai jiske bare me ye kaha gya hai ki islam me har nyi cheez bidaat hai, or bidati ka thekana Jahannam hai

1). Is Raat mai murdo ki roohen apni family se mulaqat kerne aati hai....(Correction - Inteqaal ke baad sabhi roohen ya to illeyeen ya Sijjen mai hoti hai aur qayamat tak waha se bahar nahi aa sakti - See Surah Muminoon Ayah 99-100)

2) is Raat mai Allah SWT pehle aasman per aate hai aur duaa qubool kerte hai. (Correction - *Allah SWT saal ki har raat mai pehle aasman per aate hai aur duaa qubool kerte hai,
 (Bukhari and Muslim*)

3). Is raat mai insaan ka Rizk, umr, maut ka waqt likha jata hai... (Correction - ye sare kaam laylatul qadr mai hote hai jo ramzaan mai aati hai, - See Surah Dukhan Ayah 4-5)

4) is Raat mai Qur'an nazil hua..
(Correction - *Quran Laylatul Qadr mai Nazil hua jo Ramzaan mai aati hai, See
(Surah Dukhan Ayah 3 and Surah Qadr Ayah 1*)

5). Is raat ki khaas namaze hai.... (Correction - Ye jhoot hai is raat ki koi bhi khas namaz ya zikr kis bhi sahih hadees se sabit nahi hai aisa kerna Bidaat mai shumar hoga)

6). Is din ka roza rakhne mai bahut sawab hai..... ( ye bhi kisi sahih hadees se sabit nahi hai, 15 Shaban ko khas kerke roza rakhna bidaat hai)

7). Is raat khaasker kabristan jana chaye.... (Correction - Ye bhi kisi sahih hadees se sabit nahi, 15 Shaban ki raat mai khasker kabristan jana bidaat hai)

8). Maafi naama messages forward karna.
( Ye tareeqa ghalat hai. Qusoosan Is din ko mafi mangne ki na koi afzaliyat hai na ye tareeqa sunnaht se saabit hai. Humse jab b ghalati hui tab hi maafi mangna chahye, milke aur poore dil se. Lekin dekha ja raha hai k maafi ko khel jaisa bana lia gaya hai aur har kisi ku, kayi aise logo ko bhi bheja ja raha hai jinse na kabhi mulaakaat hui na jaan pehchaan. Ye bilkul hi ghalat tareeqa hai)

Deen Mukammal ho chuka hai isme kisi bhi ibaadaat ko add kerna ya badlao kerna Bid'at hai.

🔸 PEHLI RIWAYAT

"Ayesha raziallahu anha farmati hain ki ek rat rasoolullah sallallhu alaihi wasallam ko bistar par mojood na paa kar main bahar nikli to achanak dekha ki aap baqi qabristan me the, apne mujhe dekh kar farmaya-"kya tumhe is bat ka andesha tha ki Allah aur uske rasul (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) tum par zulm karenge" mene kaha-"Ai Allah ke rasul! Mujhe yeh shak hua tha ki shayad aap aur kisi biwi ke pas chale gae hain, to aapne farmaya-"beshak Allah tala nisf shaban (15 tarikh) ko asman duniya par ata hai phir itne logo ki maghfirat karta hai jitne banu kalb ki bakriyon ke baal hain"

📚-Tirmizi, babus saum, hadis-739.-ibne maja, hadis-1389.

📝 Deegar aimma ke alawa khud imam tirmizi r.a. ne bhi is riwayat ko zaeef qarar diya hai. Yeh riwayat naqal karne ke bad iske sath hi woh likhte hain ki maine apne ustad muhammad bin ismail bukhari se suna woh farmate the ki yeh riwayat zaeef hai. Is riwayat ko hajjaaj bin irtaat ne yahya bin abi kasir se riwayat kiya, halanki hajjaj ka yahya se samaa (sunna) saabit nahi balki zindagi me unse mulaqat bhi nahi hui. Phir yahya is riwayat ko urwah se naqal kar rahe hain jabki yahya ka urwah se samaa (sunna) bhi sabit nahi. Is tarah yeh riwayat 2 jagah se munqata hai. 2 jagah se munqata riwayaat muhaddasin ki istelaah me shadid darje ki zaeef riwayat hoti hai. Yad rahe ki qissa ayesha raziAllahu anha jo rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke "Baqi" me jane or ahle baqi ke liye dua karne ke mutalliq hai woh sahih hai or sahih muslim waghairah me tafseelan mojood hai lekin isme shaban ki 15vi raat ka koi zikr nahi, mukammal waqiya ke liye dekhiye sahih mislim, kitabul janaiz, hadis-974.

🔸 DUSRI RIWAYAT-

"jab shaban ki 15vi raat aye to isme qayaam kiya karo aur uske din ka roza rakha karo kyunki is rat ki sham se hi Allah tala asman duniya par akar farmata hai-"kya koi maghfirat talab karne wala hai ki me isko muaf kar du? Kya koi rizq talab karne wala hai ki me isko rizq du? Kya koi bimar hai ki main use aafiyat du? Kya koi sawal karne wala hai ki me use du? Kya koi......kya koi......yahan tak ki fajr tuloo ho jati hai"

📚-ibne maja, hadis-1388.

📝 Allama Albani r.a. ne is riwayat ko mozoo (manghadat) qarar diya hai (siisiltuz zaeefa, hadis-2132), iske bajaye bukhari wa muslim ki hadis me hai ki rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya-"hamara ba barkat wa buland rab har raat ka jab akhiri tihaai hissa baaqi hota hai to woh asman-e-duniya ki taraf nuzool farmata hai, phir kehta hai- "kaun hai jo mujhse dua mange to me uski dua ko qubool karu? Kaun hai jo mujhse sawal kare to me use ata karu? Kaun hai jo mujhse maafi talab kare to me use maaf kardu?" Muslim ki riwayat me in alfaaz ka izaafa hai ki "phir woh ba dastoor isi tarah rehta hai yahan tak ki fajr roshan hi jati hai"

📚-Sahih bukhari, kitabut tahajjud, hadis-1145, sahih muslim, salatul musaafireen, hadis-758.

📝 is sahih hadis ke mutabiq yeh fazilat har rat nasib ho sakti hai lihaza ise shaban ki 15vi raat ke saath khaas karna yaqinan ghalat hai.

🔸 TEESRI RIWAYAT-

"Jisne shaban ki 15vi raat me 12 rakaat namaz ada ki aur har rakat me 30 mrtaba surah ikhlas padhi to woh jannat me apni jagah dekh leta hai aur apne ahel me se 10 jahannamiyon ke bare me iski sifaarish qubul ki jati hai"

📚-Al'mozuaat lil ibne jozi, jild-2, page-51, 52.

📝 Imam ibne jozi r.a. ne is riwayat ko "al'mozuaat" me zikr karne ke baad likha hai ki yeh riwayat mozoo (manghadat) hai.

🔸 CHAUTHI RIWAYAT-

"SALATUL ALFIYAH : jo shakhs is raat me 100 rakat namaz is tarah padhe ki har rakaat me surah fatiha ke baad surah ikhlaas 11 bar padhe to Allah tala uski har hajat puri kar deta hai, agar woh lohe mehfooz me bad bakht likha gaya ho to Allah tala use mita kar use khush nasib likh deta hai...aur iske ainda ek saal k gunah nahi likhe jate"

📚-Al'mozuaat lil abne jozi, jild-2, page-50, 51.

📝 "Al'mozuaat" me imam ibne al jozi r.a. is hadis ke mukhtalif turq zikr karne ke bad likhte hain : is riwayat ke mozoo (manghadat) hone me koi shak nahi.

☑ Yeh aur is qism ki dusri riwayaat jinme shaban ki 15vi raat ki ibadat ki fazilat bayan ki gai hai bil ittefaaq zaeef aur manghadat hain. Aimma ikram, jaise imam shokani, ibne al jozi, ibne hibban, qurtbi, aur suyooti r.a. waghirah ne in riwayaat ko naqabile aitbaar qaraar diya hai. Tafsilaat ke liye dekhiye: al'fawaaid al majmuah, tafsir qurtbi, al'mozuaat lil ibne jozi, waghairah.
